I’m thrilled to share a special milestone with you! This year, I will be competing in the Mrs. Georgia America pageant! This incredible opportunity allows me to combine my passion for education, advocacy, and community service on a larger stage.
Pageantry, for me, is much more than glamour and crowns. It’s a platform to raise awareness about a cause I deeply care about: expanding educational opportunities for girls and women in developing countries. Education has the power to transform lives, break cycles of poverty, and empower women to build better futures for themselves and their communities.
My journey hasn’t been without challenges. From overcoming ADHD, depression, and health struggles to dedicating myself to teaching and volunteer work, I’ve learned firsthand how vital access to education and support truly is. Now, I’m honored to use this pageant to amplify that message and partner with incredible organizations like the Malala Fund.
As I prepare for the competition on June 7th, I invite you to join me on this journey—whether through words of encouragement, sharing my mission, or supporting my fundraiser. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of countless young women around the world.
Thank you for being part of this exciting chapter. Let’s rise, empower, and educate one step at a time.
With gratitude,
Hanna Manning Riviere
