When will I receive my images?

Accepted Answer

For portrait or branding sessions, you will receive your photos within two weeks of our session.

For weddings, you will receive your digital gallery of photos within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. For the physical hard drive of photos, it will be mailed out to you the first business day after delivery of the digital gallery. Hanna Manning Creative Services LLC is not liable for any shipping delays or issues.

How can I book a session?

You can fill out the contact form, email me, message me on social media, or text me. I typically respond within 24 hours unless I am out of office.

Do you offer team or group packages?

Question 4

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

I know life happens sometimes! I can be flexible with rescheduling. I kindly ask that you let me know 48 hours ahead of time for a cancellation or reschedule request as my schedule fills up quickly. I do require a 20% non-refundable deposit for 3 hour sessions and weddings.

If there is a cancellation on my end, I will offer an option to reschedule. If an agreement for a reschedule is not possible, your deposit will be refunded.

How far in advance should I book?

Although my schedule fills up quickly, I can be flexible. I recommend booking me at least 2 weeks before a portrait photoshoot but don't hesitate to reach out anytime!

For weddings, I recommend booking 4-12 months in advance.

Question 6

How should I prepare for my photoshoot?

That all depends on you! I want to capture your authentic self however you feel beautiful and confident. If you would like recommendations for hair stylists or makeup artists, please let me know I am happy to give you recommendations.

Please keep an eye on the weather if we have an outdoor session and prepare accordingly.

Question 7

Do you provide wardrobe or styling advice?

I can provide styling advice upon request for no additional charge. It will entail you sending me images of clothing or I can hop on a call with you and discuss.

As of September, 2025, I will no longer have a client closet for wardrobe.

Can I bring my own outfits and props?

Where are the photoshoots held? Do you offer on-location shoots?

You can select the location for our photoshoot. As of December, 2025 I will no longer have my own studio space but I can locate one upon request (additional fees may apply).

Can I purchase prints or albums?

At this time I am not selling prints directly but I can inform you of options to order prints.

Question 11

Do you do TFP photoshoots/collaborations?

Accepted Answer

Occasionally, yes for the right concept.
